Values
CAPS Coolgardie teaches and assesses the following values:
Confidence
CAPS students learn to try new experiences and develop self-confidence through leadership in class.
Servanthood
CAPS students become positive team players through service, a positive attitude and the intrinsic reward of helping others without expecting anything in return.
Integrity
CAPS students treat others as they would like to be treated. They listen attentively, respond to teachers appropriately, follow through on responsibilities and respect others and themselves through honesty and a positive attitude.
Discipline
CAPS students develop and value self-discipline and self-control. They come to school prepared for their classes and focused on working to the best of their ability. They extend these concepts to supporting other students and to completing their CAPS service.
Humility
CAPS students are polite to all and consistently show appreciation for what is done for them. They also learn to work through challenges and to take responsibility for their actions.
